Napoli :: At Derek's house with limited supplies
while extremely famished |
| Ingredients |
One
(1) :: Portuguese Roll
Six (6) slices :: Bacon
Two (2) slices :: American Cheese
Hot Sauce (optional) |
| Cooking
Intructions |
Get
a Portuguese roll (the ones with the little tails
on the end), a soft fresh one is preferable. If
it's frozen, put it in the toaster, the microwave
sucks.
Get a large microwave safe plate, and lay down a
piece of paper towel on the plate. Next, lay two
pieces of bacon parrallel to each other flat on
top of the paper towl. Put another sheet on top
of the two pieces, and place two more pieces of
bacon parrellel to each other, but this time, turn
the plate and make the two top pieces cross the
bottom pieces like a + sign.
Follow these instructions and put in the microwave
for one minute per slice (6 slices, 6 minutes).
Keep close to the microwave so they don't get burnt
and/or set your house on fire.
After the bacon is done, melt the cheese onto the
roll, cross the bacon in an X shape across the bacon
- squirt on some hot sauce for a little twist, and
munch away! |

Crack
the three eggs in a bowl and pour in a little milk
then beat together with a fork.
When it reaches a smooth yellow mixture, pour onto

PAM or grease of some sort on it.)
Stir eggs with a wooden spoon until scrambled. When
the eggs are still a little moist but almost done,
pour on 3 or 4 shakes of pepper, salt, garlic powder
and stir into the eggs. Put a piece of cheese on
top and let it melt into the eggs while mixing.
Throw it all on a plate and feast away.
** For an extra special treat, add a piece of garlic
bread. Butter a piece of bread and throw it in the
microwave till the butter melts. Sprinkle some garlic
powder on top and feast. |

Napoli :: Late nights in the kitchen |
| Ingredients |
One
(1) bag Tostito's Chips
Very large amount of Mozzarella and/or Cheddar Cheese
Salsa |
| Cooking
Intructions |
The
best way to make supremo nachos is as follows.
Make one layer of chips across the bottom of the
plate. Cover them with cheese until you can't see
the chips anymore. Add another layer of chips and
do the same. Layer all the way up to 5 layers for
a group of people... or if you are a moose. Melt
in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or until cheese
melts all the way to the center. Throw some salsa
on the top and pie out, what a treat it is. |
